We (well, mainly me) have been banging on about metallics for quite some time now, and our Colour of the Month in December is Gold – chosen by our lovely and very talented Plascon Colour Manager, Anne Roselt.

But we also adore copper and rose gold too… And one of the loveliest colour combinations in the world (as far as I’m concerned) is pink and gold – in particular, our shade of salmon(y) / blush(y) / rose(y) pink: Unmatched Beauty R7-81-4 from the Plascon 2015 Colour Forecast. With a name like that, you can’t go wrong hey?

Not only are pinks a delicious backdrop to metallics, they are equally “blushalicious” with greys and greens – making them perfect for outdoor and indoor entertainment areas…

Happy weekend everyone! TGIF 😉

Hi! Would like to know the paint’s name in the first picture please!

      Hi Kathleen,

Similar to your previous question on another post – please note that the image was sourced from heathernetteking.blogspot.cz

I have consulted with our colour experts from the Plascon Spaces Showroom — with regards to a suitable Plascon paint/colour match — and their advice is as follows:

Dependent here on whether you want to achieve a slightly more pink or slightly more dusty pink you can choose between the following two colours. Please purchase 250ml tester pots in either Double Velvet or Cashmere and test these colours on the wall:

      You’re my sweetie O4-C2-2
      Chopped Nuts O1-C2-2

Oh I see! Woops, but thank you very much for the effort of finding this for me, I really appreciate it and will be sure to buy the tester pot first. Thanks again!

I am looking for a coral color paint to contrast with a soft yellow and duck egg blue. So far I have found R4-A1-4 Impatient heart or R4-A1-3 Pleasing pink. I want more coral than pink. The room gets loads of light. Help please!!!

      Hi Sumaya,

I have consulted with our colour experts at the Plascon Spaces Showroom – please see the following recommendations:

Dear Sumaya, thanks for your cry for help; it pleased us so much as we are in love with anything coral at the moment 🙂 I have four options for you, as coral could be so many shades of lovely.

      Child’s Smile (R6-A1-3)
      Shy Peach (R5-A1-3)
      Sunset Rouge (R6-A1-2)
      Fuzzy Peach (R7-A1-2)

(Please note: it is advised that you first purchase tester-pots and test the colour before purchase of product)

We would love to know which one takes your fancy. For any further questions, please see contact details below:
