Spotted at Decorex, this vivid bright pink carpet is a creative way to add a colour burst into a room – shown off beautifully by the purple-black wall (Chalkboard P1-E1-1) and gold accents – right on trend with the Discovery Palette.

There are lots of activities planned for October so keep an eye out in your area for ways you can become involved.

Look out for the Harley-Davidson® Africa Pink Glove Run in October where all motorcycle riders will ride together to raise awareness.

Visit www.cansa.org.za for more information on cancer and how you can check yourself!

On the 27th of September we lost a colleague and friend to cancer Melissa van Soelen. Our colour of the month is dedicated to her. Always smiling and optimistic, if Melissa was a colour she would have been Pink.

For those of you who don’t know, Hospice offer a free service to the terminally ill. They do home visits, dispense medication to deal with symptoms and pain, provide invaluable advice as people become incapable of doing anything for themselves. They are a very worthy organization to support as they help anyone who is in a similar situation. Please be sure to support your local Hospice.
