Crazy Daisy Yellow is our Colour of the Month for March, as well as being colour of the hour for WDC2014. If you think about it, yellow is really the only choice for such an event.
According to the science, yellow is known for stimulating the brain: making it more alert, decisive and energizing muscles, as well as activating the lymph system. At a psychological level, it is a very positive and uplifting colour that creates feelings of happiness, as well as being associated with intellectual thinking (discernment, memory, clear thinking, decision-making and good judgement).
Yellow is also a colour that is meant to aid with organization and the understanding of different points of view; it builds self-confidence and encourages optimism.
Personally, I think a little bit of yellow goes a very long way! It reminds me of the sun and of energy and imbues me with this same feeling – a feeling of being lighter, more powerful and radiant. Hope you enjoy our yellow eye candy on this grey day in Cape Town 🙂
